Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt.  We will be happy to refund or exchange any item in a saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt.  Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.

 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

 

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please email info@nativegreyjewellery.co.uk as soon as possible, stating why you would like to return the item.   We will then provide you with the return address.

 

Items must be returned ‘as new’ for a refund or exchange.  Any items which have been worn, washed or do not have all labels and tickets intact and attached will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless faulty. Package the unopened, unworn and unused item(s) and send it back to Native Grey. Please include the original delivery receipt with your return.  We recommend using a trackable delivery service with proof of postage. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item and postage & packing charges will apply for all exchanges.

 

Once your item is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method, in no more than 30 days. The original postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.

 

If you have received a faulty item or the wrong item has been delivered, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, except in the case of faulty products.
